Centre for Microsystems Engineering

The mission of the Centre for Microsystems Engineering (CME) is to advance the research fields of Microsystems Technologies (MST), Ultra Precision Engineering, and Nanotechnology.

The CME at the University of Calgary, provides leadership in the training of highly-qualified personnel through advanced courses and research in the broad, multi-disciplinary field of microsystems.
