Developing Technology with ATIPS

ATIPS Labs has a strong history of collaborative research and development with a wide range of commercial and academic partners. As experts in microsystems design and integration, ATIPS is an enabler of enabling technologies: working with our partners to provide innovative solutions to some of today's most challenging problems. At ATIPS Labs, We are proud of the extensive and varied nature of our past and present collaborations and we are always open to exciting and often unexpected new partnerships and application areas.

Presently, ATIPS is focussing on the following identified application areas:

• Biomedical Technologies: patient safety & quality of care systems, treatment or monitoring of targeted illnesses such as diabetes and nerve damage.
• Information Security: advanced number systems, novel hardware designs, and a proposed collaboration in quantum communications
• Advanced Sensors & Video Technologies: enhanced imaging sensors; monolithic integration with, for example, wireless transceivers; active pixel sensors; motion sensing and incident alert systems; video compression and standards definition; hardware / software codesign.
